1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. For local Amritsar orders, same-day delivery is available through Zomato and Swiggy platforms.

At present, we do not ship internationally. For bulk or corporate international orders, please contact us directly at info@kanahyalalharbhajansingh.in.

2. Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing after your order is placed. During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.) or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3–4 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We ship via the following trusted couriers:

• Blue Dart — Priority shipping for metro cities
• Delhivery — Standard nationwide delivery
• Zomato & Swiggy — Same-day delivery within Amritsar only

The courier partner may vary depending on your pin code and product type.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, total order weight, and courier selected. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

• Amritsar (local): Same day (Zomato/Swiggy))
• Punjab & Chandigarh: 2–3 business days
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using this number.

7. Packaging

We use special food-grade vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure your sweets and namkeen remain fresh during transit. All products are packed in temperature-safe materials designed to preserve taste and texture for the duration of transit.

Gift boxes and hampers are additionally wrapped in protective outer packaging to maintain their presentation quality on arrival.

8. Delivery Issues & Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged product. We will investigate and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are accurate at the time of placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

KH Sweets is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
