At KH Sweets, every product is prepared fresh with the finest ingredients. Because our mithai and namkeen are perishable food items, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both the quality of our products and your satisfaction as a customer.

Cancel Before Dispatch

Full refund if cancelled before your order is dispatched.

Report Within 24 Hours

Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.

Refund in 5–7 Days

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email (see contact details below).

After Dispatch: Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, cancellations are not possible. The order will be delivered as placed.

Festive & Bulk Orders: Custom gift hampers, bulk corporate orders, and festive orders (placed 7+ days in advance) cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled dispatch date, as preparation begins in advance.

2. Return Policy

As our products are freshly made perishable food items, we do not accept returns on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.

However, returns and replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity was delivered
  • The product was delivered in an unsatisfactory or spoiled condition due to transit

In all such cases, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise a refund or replacement request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your Order ID / Order Number
  • Clear photographs or a short video of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Inspection & Resolution Process

Once your complaint is received along with the required photographs or video, our quality team will review and inspect the item to verify the reported issue and confirm that the product has not been used or consumed beyond the reported concern.

You will be notified of the outcome — approval or rejection — within 2 business days of submission. If approved, the applicable amount will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 6–7 working days from the date of order cancellation or complaint approval.

5. Credit Timeline by Payment Method

The credit will be applied to your original payment method as per the following timelines:

Refund timelines are subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time. KH Sweets is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Issues arising from incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer
  • Products consumed in full or in part prior to raising a complaint
  • Minor variations in shape, size, or colour that are natural to handcrafted mithai

7. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is found to be damaged or incorrect, a partial refund or replacement equivalent to the affected items will be offered, subject to verification.

8. Zomato & Swiggy Orders

For orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy (same-day Amritsar delivery), refund and cancellation requests must be raised directly through the respective platform. KH Sweets is bound by the policies of these third-party delivery partners for such orders.
