Full refund if cancelled before your order is dispatched.
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email (see contact details below).
After Dispatch: Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, cancellations are not possible. The order will be delivered as placed.
Festive & Bulk Orders: Custom gift hampers, bulk corporate orders, and festive orders (placed 7+ days in advance) cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled dispatch date, as preparation begins in advance.
As our products are freshly made perishable food items, we do not accept returns on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.

Once your complaint is received along with the required photographs or video, our quality team will review and inspect the item to verify the reported issue and confirm that the product has not been used or consumed beyond the reported concern.
You will be notified of the outcome — approval or rejection — within 2 business days of submission. If approved, the applicable amount will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 6–7 working days from the date of order cancellation or complaint approval.

In cases where only part of an order is found to be damaged or incorrect, a partial refund or replacement equivalent to the affected items will be offered, subject to verification.
For orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy (same-day Amritsar delivery), refund and cancellation requests must be raised directly through the respective platform. KH Sweets is bound by the policies of these third-party delivery partners for such orders.
